 + Deposit
After you have received a quote from us, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and secure your date. The deposit is ​​non-refundable. The balance is due 1 week before the booking via bank deposit. Please note once you have paid your deposit and your booking is confirmed this means that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

+ Pricing
Pricing is specified on your quote and invoice. Pricing is subject to change. If you have already paid your deposit then you retain the rates quoted at the time of booking.

+ Event cancellation
If the client cancels on the day of event 100% payment is due.

+ Booking details and amendments
All amendments to bookings can generally be fitted in and we are happy to try our best to work around any changes. However we do need these locked in 2 weeks before the event for the timing of your day.

+ Travel
We charge minimum of $40 for Brampton and Mississauga and $50 for other neighboring cities + $2 per kilometer, per stylist, according to google maps. Please remember to consider this as a return trip. We are more then happy to take on destination weddings, keeping in mind that all expenses will need to be covered.

+ ​Early morning fee
​Should we need to be on location before 7am there will be a fee of $50 per hour, per stylist.

+ Public holidays
​Events falling on Public holidays may incur an extra fee.

+ ​Allergies
​​We are not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify us if you or anyone in your group has particular sensitivity that you are aware of. We will be happy to use your products that you are familiar with.​

+ Unforeseen circumstances
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide makeup and hair services for your booking we will notify you as soon as possible and make every attempt to secure another stylist in our place. There will be no monetary compensation for change of stylist. If there is no replacement we will refund you.

+ Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed makeup and hair services. If there are any issues please notify us while we are still on location.

+ All Certificate of Completions are not affiliated with any university or school. And your model must NOT be a fellow industry professional (Hair stylist or Makeup Artist).  

+ Satisfaction
If you are unsure about anything please feel free to email or call us. We want you to be delighted with your service. If you are happy then we are happy. 

MAKEUP APPLICATION
Gently exfoliate your skin three nights before this allows for a smooth makeup application. The morning of your appointment you can do you regular skin care routine, we just need a clean no makeup face.

HAIRSTYLING
Wash & blow dry your hair smooth one day before with clarifying shampoo (this is crucial for curly haired clients). Please avoid the following: washing your hair the same day as the appointment, putting any styling products in your hair (no conditioner) and using any hot tools besides a blow dryer.

**Hair extensions: If you’re bringing your own clip in extensions, please have them washed prior with a clarifying shampoo. Rinse lather and repeat x 2. Do NOT add conditioner or products of any kind. Blow dry them smoothly until fully dry. Especially crucial if they are brand new. 

Congratulations on your engagement! We want to help you look and feel your best on one of the most important days of your life. Trials for brides are highly recommended. Not only does it take the stress and guess work out of the wedding day look, but it also gives both the bride & the artist a chance to get to know one another. During the trial we will have a consultation prior to the application discussing: your vision, day of important details, your beauty likes and dislikes. Together we create your perfect wedding day look that will best enhance your natural beauty in photos and in person.

Trials are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 6pm onwards and take place at our studio.
